The Company does not warrant that Product description or other content on the Platform is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free and assumes no liability in this regard.
Sale in India Only
The Products on the Platform is presented solely for the purpose of sale in India. Those who choose to access this site from other locations/Countries other than India do so on their own initiative and the Company is not responsible for supply of products/refund for the products ordered from other locations/Countries other than India, compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Product Accuracy

Product Pricing
We make sure that all the pricing details appearing on the website are accurate. However, errors may occur, in that case information would be provided to you if an order has been placed by you on our wrong listing, although we will try our best to supply the product but in extreme cases, beyond our scope we may have to cancel your order and refund your money, if paid already. In case you want to cancel the order, we would be willing to help you and refund the amount (if already been paid). If we are unable to connect with you after multiple attempts, we would cancel that order. Also, prices for items may change from time to time without any prior notice. However, it would not affect the orders that have already been dispatched. The price of all the products listed in the platform includes GST taxes at the prevailing rate.
Payment
While availing any of the payment methods available on the Platform, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:
- Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
- Exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed by You and between "Bank/s", or
- Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
- Decline of transaction for any other reason/s
All payments made against the purchases/services on Platform by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India.
Delivery
All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of this website, including, without limitation:

We reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, damages caused to us and legal expenses from persons using the site fraudulently. We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the website and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
Reviews, Feedback, Submissions
All reviews, comments, feedback, suggestions, and other submissions disclosed, submitted, or offered in connection with your use of this platform will be and remain the property of the company. Thus, the Company owns exclusively all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise of any comments. Any product you buy from our platform is completely at your discretion and you accept that you place the order only after thoroughly inquiring about the product and being completely acquainted about the product, its features, characteristics, usage etc. We shall not be liable for any kind of damages or losses whatsoever suffered by the customers due to the use of the product.
Furthermore, we take no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered as a result of our order online service or goods supplied using the same, except as required by law, even if we could have foreseen the loss, or the possibility of it was brought to our attention.

Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
Violation & Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your use of the Platform or any Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have infringed, breached, violated, abused, or unethically manipulated or exploited any term of these Terms of Use or anyway otherwise acted unethically. Notwithstanding anything in this clause, these Terms of Service will survive indefinitely unless and until the Company chooses to terminate them. If the Company terminates your use of this platform, you shall still be liable to pay for any products/ services that you have already ordered till the time of such termination.
Indemnification
You shall indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, licensee, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, privacy Policy and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
